Melyssa Ryan Receives AFJROTC
Wright Brothers Dare to Soar Award

Reformation's own Melyssa Ryan, daughter of Lezlie Eustis, is a freshman at PolyTech in the Air Force Jr. Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC). Melyssa was selected for Flight Sergeant and when the position of Flight Commander became available, she was promoted. At the AFJROTC awards ceremony, she received the Wright Brother's Dare to Soar Award. MSgt Letteri said, as she approached the podium, "Melyssa is a freshman, and we really put her in a tough spot, making her Flight Commander, but she has really risen to the challenge and does a great job." She was also part of the Distinguished Flight and the Honor Fight. Melyssa is active with the youth of our church and sings with her mother and step-father, John Eustis, in the choir. 2008
