A Welcome from our Interim Pastor

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the Website of Reformation Lutheran Church.  This site contains information about our programs, staff, leadership as well as directions and staff contacts.  Just click on the directory for more information that you may need.

But what you will not find here is the excitement of a congregation that is in transition.  Yes, "change."  And during this time, if you visit us, you will hear the Gospel proclaimed with passion and power; you will experience the Sacrament of our Lord shared with by all; and, you will experience the sounds of children learning the stories of faith.  This is a community of faith committed to caring for one another, the church, the neighborhood, and the world.

So, join us some Sunday and experience what is behind all the information on these pages.  Reformation is an exciting place with a Spirit-led future awaiting it.  We would love for you to be part of it.

In His Service,

Pr. Glenn E. Ludwig, Interim Pastor

The Rev. Glenn E. Ludwig comes to Reformation Lutheran after recently retiring from full-time active ministry having serving for 35 years as an ordained Lutheran pastor.  His calls have included serving as Chaplain to Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA, and, for the past 23 years, as Sr. Pastor of First Lutheran Church in Ellicott City, MD.  Pastor Ludwig is the author of seven books, including the most recent In It For the Long Haul, an Alban Publication about long-term pastorates.  He serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of both the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg and the Easter Cluster of Lutheran Seminaries.  He is married to Stella, a retired elementary school teacher, and he has two grown children.

Pr. Glenn E. Ludwig
We welcome Pr. Glenn Ludwig to Reformation as our Interim Pastor.

Pr. Ludwig joined us October 1, 2008 to serve during our call procedure as we find a replacement for Pr. John Ranney who retired after thirty years at Reformation.
