New Group for Parents of Young Children: Beginning September 18, you are invited to take part in a new group at Reformation geared toward exploring the joys and challenges of parenting God’s youngest children. Pastor Paige Evers will be facilitating this group to help us understand parenting as a spiritual journey. We will learn how we can nurture faith in Jesus Christ in our homes and in everyday life. Together, we will study and discuss the book For Heaven’s Sake! Parenting Preschoolers Faithfully by Marilyn Sharpe. The group begins on September 18 and will be held on Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour (9:45-10:45 a.m.) Nursery care will be available. Please contact Pastor Paige Evers with any questions or to sign up so that a book may be ordered for you. The program is 13 weeks long.
Presentation of Bibles: On September 18 at the 11:00 service, we will be presenting Spark Bibles to youth in the third grade (or who are older, up to 6th grade, but haven't received one yet). Please call the church office (422-9117) to make sure we have a Bible reserved for your son or daughter!

Parent Workshop: Parents, grandparents, godparents, and caregivers of elementary children are invited to a workshop on September 18 during the Sunday School hour. We will explore ways that parents can use, read, study, and enjoy the Bible at home with their children. The group will be meeting in the parsonage beginning at 9:45 a.m. Bring your ideas, your imaginations, your questions, and your interested friends. Nursery care will be provided for parents with children too young for Sunday School.
Youth -
Our exciting Sunday School curriculum helps our children make
connections with worship, faith, and life. Each family receives
family education materials to enrich the faith life in the home.

Adult - Adults have an ever changing curriculum which ranges from thoughtful
formal bible to the entertaining yet informative series of "The
Gospel According to the Simpsons". While the popular Simpsons
cartoon family is seemingly irreverent, it turns out that there
is an underlying message after all. It generated some extremely
interesting discussion.
All are welcome to join the group on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45
a.m. during the school season.

It is our
hope that through Sunday School, Confirmation classes and other
lifelong opportunities, we develop a closer relationship with
God through Christ and with each other.

Bible Study - Growing In Faith Together
There
are several opportunities for Bible Study during every week. One
group studies texts for the upcoming Sunday. Prayer and community
time are also an important component of this group. There are
several other groups which have a more formal plan of study, including
the Men's Bible Study group which meets twice monthly. Check the
church newsletter, The Reporter, or the Website calendar
for current dates and tim es.
Vacation
Bible School
Every
summer is highlighted by a week of Vacation Bible School from
9 a.m. to Noon. It is always a special time of fun, music, laughter
and learning for our children. Watch the newsletter and Website
for upcoming information on VBS.
